Assessing the damage (Estimating & Imaging)

The core part of any repair is the estimate of the damage to the vehicle; we make a visual and physical examination of the damage to ascertain if the parts damaged are repairable or require replacing.

Once a full list of parts categorised as either replace or repair they are then imaged. The estimate is now ready to be loaded onto our estimating system this is a computer based program that enables us to pick the parts needed, the system will automatically load the paint times, MET (Mechanical, Electrical, Trim) times & paint costs, we then add the images onto the system should any Insurance Companies need a visual aid to verify damage.

The system also has the ability to email both the estimate and images to the customer or their insurer.
