Will I get a reciept?

We are limited company and also VAT registered so you will receive a full VAT invoice so if required you can reclaim your VAT back.

How long will my repairs take?

Some repairs are quicker than others, according to the size of the repair. The paint process time is the same for small and large repairs as all our vehicle are painted in a specialised oven as opposed to “out in the workshop” thus ensuring a high gloss finish to the paintwork.

Will I get a courtesy vehicle?

Yes, Insurance repair work automatically generate the costs of a hire vehicle so each case would be on it’s own merit. Terms & Conditions apply.

Is my vehicle fully insured whist on site?

Here at Advanced Auto Accident Repair we are fully insured by a multinational insurance company based in the UK, so yes your vehicle is covered while it is on our premises.

Are your repairs guaranteed, and for how long?

All repairs are guaranteed for 12 months if the vehicle has remained in the same ownership.

All new panel replacements are guaranteed for 5 years if the vehicle has remained in the same ownership and there are no signs of new damage to the replaced panel.

Will you be able to keep me updated on my vehicle repair?

Of course! You will be regularly updated via telephone or email as to the progress of your repair if required.
